Reef are please to welcome Lloyd Baker to the team. He joins the team in the south west as a commercial development manager. We asked Lloyd to write a quick post about himself, and here is what he had to say:

"Having been in the water hygiene industry for the best part of 20 years its fair to say that there isn’t much that I haven’t encountered through my career. Working my way through the ranks from a Service Engineer, Service Chemist, Risk Assessor and for the past 8+ years in management has provided me with an excellent all-round knowledge base. This not only helps our staff to progress but to also provide our customers with the best possible advice which in turn helps ensure a quality service is delivered.

It’s an exciting time for Reef Water Solutions as we plan to expand the business, which is going to be aided by the implementation of the new online portal for our customers. The team have been working extremely hard to ensure the bespoke build system caters perfectly not only for the business requirements but also for the customers. The roll out of this is due by the end of the year, watch this space for more updates.

When the opportunity was presented to join Reef it was a very easy decision for me. Having met with Mike Frith it was clear that we shared a very similar outlook on how a compliance driven water hygiene company should be run.

My targets for the company months are to review the internal processes and look to streamline wherever possible and ensure we are operating at maximum efficiency. I will also be spending time with our Engineers to pass on as much of my knowledge as possible and to further strengthen an already very strong team. I will also be looking to visit as many of our current clients as possible and become a point of contact should they have any queries.

It’s an exciting time and I hope to be able to have a big impact on what already is a fantastic company."
